Help with tanks, logs, AI advice and your account.
Open Settings from the tank list, scroll to Danger zone, and tap Delete my account. You will confirm twice, then everything — tanks, logs, designs, photos and your login — is permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
If you are signed in, open Settings → Reset password and we email you a secure link. If you are locked out entirely, email us and we will send the reset link to your account address. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Each account gets a generous number of AI requests per day so the feature stays free for everyone. If you have hit the limit it resets at midnight UTC. If you see an error instead, check your internet connection and try again — repeated failures are worth emailing us about.
No. AquaLog gives general fishkeeping guidance based on the information you enter. For a sick or injured animal, consult a qualified aquatic veterinarian.
You can still add it with a custom name and your own photo — the logs, warnings and AI advice all work the same way. Email us the species and we will look at adding it to the built-in list.
Red warnings mean something could genuinely harm your livestock, such as a fish that outgrows the tank or a parameter far outside its safe range. Yellow notes are gentle nudges — small differences that are worth knowing but not urgent. They are guidance, not judgement.
